Drawing on 30 years of corporate experience, Mary Anne Luczak is a formidable combination of computer science expertise and financial savvy. She lends her talents to Harris Bank, where she occupies the complementary positions of technology head and vice president. As a senior technology executive, she is in charge of managing technology support services for all bank branches, devising technical solutions and responding to market needs, managing outside vendors, and resolving governance, compliance and regulatory issues.

Over the course of her career, Ms. Luczak has proven her mettle in the diverse areas of strategic planning, program management, development methodology, business process reengineering, vendor management, production assurance, risk management and offshore management. She is also noted for her ability to motivate high-performing global teams and for her skill in handling contract negotiations, licensing agreements and supplier relations.

Prior to joining Harris Bank in 2010, Ms. Luczak worked for JPMorgan Chase & Co. as managing director and head of customer service and management information systems technology. She also enjoyed successful stints at Bank One Corporation, First Chicago NBD Corporation, First Chicago Corporation and Northern Trust Corporation.
